Our Lady of Lourdes offers many opportunites to receive Reconciliation:

The Graces of Reconciliation
This sacrament allows us to be liberated from our sins and be reconciled with God in a state of grace. We are given the chance to humbly acknowledge our failings and come to Jesus for forgiveness. From the gift of His endless mercy, we are absolved of our sins.
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained.”
John 20:22-23

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.
